MRT Empowerment Inc. is a faith-based organization dedicated to the transformation of individuals, families, and communities through identity work, healing, coaching, and spiritual development. We believe that true change starts from within, when people rediscover who they are in God, and everything around them begins to shift. Through international missions, youth leadership training and development programs, coaching, and spirit-led events, we create spaces where people can confront pain, receive truth, and rise in purpose. Every service, retreat, and encounter is designed to break cycles, restore confidence, and unlock the God-given potential within every person we serve.

Our vision is to see a world transformed by the sanctifying power of Jesus Christ, where individuals are not only restored in identity but also empowered by the Holy Ghost to walk in holiness, purpose, and truth. As a ministry rooted in the foundational beliefs of the Church of God in Christ, we believe in the redemptive power of salvation, the ongoing process of sanctification, and the infilling of the Holy Spirit as essential for victorious living and spiritual authority.
We envision local and global communities being delivered from generational curses, cycles of brokenness, and confusion; while also stepping into divine alignment through intentional discipleship, Spirit-led teaching, and the active ministry of healing and deliverance. From the rural villages of Kenya to the urban streets of America, MRT Empowerment exists as a vessel for revival, restoration, and righteous impact.

Our mission is to restore identity, heal brokenness, and empower individuals to walk in holiness, purpose, and Spirit-filled power. Rooted in the truth of God’s Word and the doctrines of the Church of God in Christ, our mission is to cultivate transformation from the inside out, through salvation, discipleship, sanctification, and the work of the Holy Ghost.
Whether through international missions, youth mentorship, life coaching, or empowerment gatherings, we are called to be agents of change, bringing deliverance to the oppressed, purpose to the confused, and healing to the hurting. We believe that when people know who they are in Christ and are filled with the Holy Spirit, they become equipped to change their homes, communities, and nations for the Kingdom of God.

It's A Standard
1. Educate – Teaching Truth that Transforms
We believe that education is more than information; it's revelation. We are committed to teaching Biblical truth, emotional intelligence, and practical wisdom that equips individuals to see themselves and their circumstances through God’s lens. Through Spirit-led teaching, coaching, and workshops, we help people replace lies with truth, confusion with clarity, and pain with purpose. Education is the foundation for transformation, and every lesson is rooted in grace, truth, and Scripture. (Knowledge is power when applied)

2. Empower – Activating Identity, Purpose, and Authority
We are called to awaken the God-given identity and authority within every individual. Through intentional mentorship, inner healing, and Holy Spirit-led encounters, we empower people to break cycles of shame, fear, and limitation in their current circumstances. Empowerment, to us, means calling the greatness out of everyone and helping them walk in it boldly and unapologetically. We don’t just inspire action; we help people believe in who they are and whose they are.

3. Elevate – Raising Lives to God’s Standard and Vision
We believe elevation happens when people rise from surviving to thriving and begin living lives that reflect the character, calling, and confidence found in Christ. Our goal is to lift others from places of brokenness into spaces of breakthrough. In return, this helps them grow spiritually, emotionally, and practically. We guide individuals to a higher vision of themselves, not by the world’s standards, but by God's divine design for their lives.
