THE FOUNDER
Mamiett R. Tucker is a Master Life Coach, Amazon Best-Selling Author, educator, and international transformational speaker devoted to restoring identity, healing brokenness, and empowering individuals to live boldly in their God-given purpose. With a unique blend of faith, psychology, and leadership, Mamiett dedicated her life to helping people rise from emotional pain and confusion into clarity, confidence, and calling.
She studied Psychology with a concentration in Special Education at Long Island University, CW Post, and later pursued a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. As a Board-Certified Master Coach through the World Coach Institute and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she brought professional insight and spiritual conviction to every coaching relationship. She also held certifications in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Cornell University and served as a Certified Notary Public.
In 2014, she founded MRT Empowerment Inc., a faith-driven organization focused on inner healing, leadership development, youth empowerment, and international missions. Her nonprofit, 2B Chozen, Inc, provides mentorship, coaching, and life skills programming for high-risk and marginalized youth and young adults, offering them a path forward with purpose, accountability, and grace.
Mamiett authored her debut book, “The Journey to Me”, in 2018, which became an Amazon bestseller within hours of release. Through her storytelling and transparency, she opened the door for readers to confront trauma, rediscover identity, and pursue emotional and spiritual restoration. She was regularly invited to speak at churches, schools, civic organizations, and international forums, using her voice to uplift, equip, and transform.
In addition to her coaching and public speaking, Mamiett served in the Freeport Union Free School District, where she worked with emotionally and developmentally challenged students. Her passion for advocacy and education extended into her community leadership, where she held the roles of Third Vice President and Education Chairperson of the Freeport/Roosevelt Branch of the NAACP. In 2022, she was honored with the Mayor’s Award for her impactful service to underserved youth in the surrounding communities.
In 2023, Mamiett's life took a drastic change in direction when she was called into a life-changing 40-day wilderness journey of consecration and transformation. She received a clear and divine calling from God: to raise and develop young adult missionaries equipped to serve in both local and global communities. In obedience to this call, she relocated to San Antonio, Texas, establishing it as the official training and sending hub for MRT Empowerment.
Since then, she has marked not just a geographic shift, but a strategic expansion of her mission. She continues to meet with various national leaders, ministry partners, churches, and faith-based educators to launch an innovative intensive discipleship training program, where participants learn how to lead in their churches and in every aspect of their lives.
Coach Mamie’s God-given gifts and abilities make it almost impossible for participants to walk away unchanged. Her goal is to cultivate missionaries who are not only spiritually grounded but also emotionally whole and purposefully prepared. The program is designed to equip emerging leaders with spiritual maturity, emotional resilience, cultural intelligence, and practical ministry tools, empowering them to thrive in both sacred and secular spaces.
